The agency offers assistance for individuals and families experiencing homeless or who are at risk of becoming homeless and/or fleeing domestic violence., We offer rental and utility assistance, deposits and first month’s rent. If you identify as LGBTQ+ or are living with HIV/AIDS we have specific assistance for you. Documents needed for assistance are a copy of the utility bill or a letter from your landlord, a copy of your photo identification, social security cards for all household members and verification of income if currently employed.

CSL offices gladly welcome clients regardless of where they live. However, please keep in mind the following:
New clients will not be turned away on their first visit for food, clothing, medicine, or personal hygiene items (provided income qualifications are met). If clients come to an office that is not in their city of residence, Site Managers must give approval before clients may return.
