My idea behind the Animal Report Form Printable is that kids would do a report on an animal from each of the animal classes. They can then add one of the 3 cover choices (one color and two black and white for your student to color). This way kids would not only learn about a variety of animals, but would also have a grasp about the different classifications animals are divided up into. There are individual Animal Report Forms with descriptions for the following Animal Classifications:
There is also a sheet for children to write down several examples of each classification to get a quick at-a-glance understanding on how they are broken down.
These animal worksheets are great for helping pre k, Kindergarten, and grade 1. They include handwriting lines to assist younger students to be able to write clearly. They will include things such as:
The animal report template 3rd grade, grade 4, grade 5, and grade 6 has more details for kids to explore about the animals. They include:
You may want to have older students do more than one report per classification. For example – flying & non flying birds or monotremes & marsupials mammals.
